Modern, aber noch nicht ausgereift

Insgesamt gut, jedoch wurde bei FeWo Direkt von einem Haus für bis zu 12 Personen geschrieben, in Wahrheit handelte es sich dann über zwei Haushälften für jeweils 6 ohne eine Möglichkeit zur Verbindung. So musste immer über die jeweiligen Haustüren ins andere Haus gewechselt werden. Für eine größere Gruppe relativ nervig. Zu unserer Ankunft um 16 Uhr war das Haus noch nicht fertig. Ansonsten konnten die Heizungen nicht eingestellt werden (in einem Haus war es immer zu warm, im anderen zu kalt). Der Ski-Raum hat keinen Abfluss und auch keine Ständer. Es fehlt in den unteren WCs ein Spiegel sowie Handtuchhalter. Zur Anreise haben wir ein „Kaffee Starter Pack“ in den Häusern gefunden, welches mit Kaffeepulver für die vorhandene Nespresso Maschine aber vollkommen unbrauchbar war. Man merkt wie bei diesen Beispielen an vielen Stellen, dass Einrichtung und Prozesse noch nicht ausgereift sind. Weiter hatten wir ein Problem mit einer Balkontür, die sich nicht mehr öffnen ließ. Wir hatten jedoch noch Sachen auf dem Balkon und riefen bei Villa For You an. Da wurde uns gesagt, man würde sich nochmal melden (ist nicht passiert) und jemanden schicken. Als wir abends wieder ins Haus kamen, standen die Sachen vom Balkon im Wohnzimmer. Das hat zwar das Problem gelöst, jedoch ist es dennoch kein tolles Gefühl, dass jemand ohne Ankündigung ins Haus kommt. Die Balkontür war weiter defekt, die Sachen mussten also irgendwie von einem Mitarbeiter per Leiter vom Balkon geholt worden sein.
