The staff are very good , polite and responsive

We had an excellent time at H10 Madison and plan to go back again. The staff were all so lovely happy and helpful from the front desk and concierge to the ladies looking after us at breakfast and the barmen at the pool bar and restaurant upstairs. The food wss excellent the pool wss perfect for the kids in the afternoons and the room wss very comfortable

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient.

My family of 3 loves this hotel. The triple room is a good size for 3 people. The walk-in/roll-in shower is good. It was quite noisy throughout Friday and Saturday nights though as our room was exterior-facing. There’s a supermarket just across the street and there are many good restaurants near the hotel around Gothic Quarter.

Very good hotel service, served with welcome drink, snack and apple, clean and large windows with good views. You must visit the Sunset bar, if you have time to enjoy a drink there, super!

Loved the location, literally next to La Rambla and close to subway station. Highlight of the stay was the spa pool, with steam and sauna room. Room was a good size but the only down side was that the noise from the plumbing, could be loud at times. Not sure if it affects all rooms but didnt disturb our sleep.

The front counter people are very helpful and friendly. Only thing to improve is the wifi system.

Nice hotel! Excellent service, and the location is good! Safe and convenient.
