Upon entering we find a cozy and spacious living room next to the independent kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances. It has large windows and access to a nice and quiet terrace facing east, at the back of the farm, which gives a lot of light to the entire space.Starting from the same entrance of the house to the right, is the complete design bathroom, with a shower tray and high quality finishes. Next, we have the two large bedrooms with functional built-in wardrobes and from which we can go out to the balcony that overlooks the entrance to the building and through which there is practically no traffic.
The property is located in the center of Sant Feliu de Guíxols. This area has all the services, we can find shopping malls, market and traditional trade. In turn, it is very close to the CAP of the city and also stands out for being an area well connected by public transport and with access to the main roads of the city.Sant Feliu de Guíxols is a municipality that belongs to the Baix Empordà region, traditionally considered the capital of the Costa Brava. It is an important tourist and seafaring town, with an important mountainous and forested part, at the foot of the Ardennes-Cadiretes Massif, with innumerable paths and fantastic coves and views from the peaks and cliffs over the sea. Historically, the main activity was the cork industry, along with fishing but from the 50s, tourism became the main engine. It has several places and centers of landscape, architectural and cultural interest, highlighting Pedralta, the Hermitage of Sant Elm, the famous International Festival of the Porta Ferrada, which this year will celebrate its 59th edition or the Monastery with the famous Porta Ferrada, where a few years ago there was the Espai Carmen Thyssen, destined to exhibit the personal collection of the baroness which materializes in a continuous programming of temporary exhibitions.
