"The apartment was very big for us three. Safe area and easy to access anything you need. Our rooms were very clean but the terrace needs a little mainenance ( uneven/broken boards). One of the bedrooms was adjacent to the Cross Fit gym which was very loud from 6:30 am- 9 am, with banging music and sound of heavy equipment. The staff, especially Sergio were amazing!"

"Room was spotless, staff was amazing, Gemma was so easy to communicate with and super nice, helpful, and accommodating. The only thing I would say is that you can hear everything happening outside the room, didn’t bother me, but if you’re a light sleeper that might be an issue. Location is amazing. The room is cleaned daily and the property is tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay again. "

"The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. Hotel is near a couple transit stations which was very convenient to get anywhere in the city, especially heaving towards the tourist areas. Only complaint was that the bed was very firm but I put down the extra blankets they had and it helped."

"Clean room. The rooftop bar was absolutely amazing. No separate restaurant on-site except the rooftop bar. The breakfast was wonderfully including hot/cold food, and fresh fruit. Fresh orange juices squeezed by machine. Walkable to many tourist attractions. Many supermarkets nearby. Metro was convenient. Friendly English speaking staff. Our shower had a bad sewage smell. The hand wash, shampoo, and body wash were all watery. Hotel pickup service was a regular taxi wth a set price. The driver was nice."
