"Pros: The location of the house was truly excellent, just 5 minutes from the cove of Binibeca and 20 minutes from Mahon. Even the farthest point on the island was reachable within an hour at most. The house was also great for three couples, as it had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The service also included pool cleaning by a very courteous young man who visited the villa at specific intervals. "So many problems with this property we have passed on the feedback to Homerti the property managers but haven't had much of a response. 1. No hot water when we arrived. A technician came and "fixed" it however one of the bathrooms still had not hot water and was not fixed until our last full day there. So two of us were having cold water showers. 2. Alua Illa de Menorca Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Rebecca at reception very friendly and helpful .We were upgraded to a sea view room which was absolutely amazing and a very pleasant surprise. Everything was very clean and modern with a fridge safe and kettle with a shower over bath . We were All inclusive .The food was always hot with lots of choice at all meals. The staff in restaurant always smiling and helpful. The Deputy Manager spent a lot of time checking everything was ok and very sociable. The only gripe we had which has nothing to do with hotel but was the parents of young children allowing them to go running up and down to drink machines and to food helping themselves. One night a gentleman was vaping in the inside bar area and people were smoking near to pool and on balcony despite signs saying smoking not allowed ! Overall we had a very relaxing enjoyable 6 night holiday and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing break."

"Pretty decent Hotel, clean everywhere and friendly staff. Nice pool area and sunbeds all well kept with plenty of umbrellas. Food plenty of choice and as quality as you’d except from an all inclusive buffet. Drinks too syrupy. Room had air conditioning but not switched on so like an oven. Asked for a fan and staff were helpful However we had to build it as it was brand new. Shower cubicle a little small. Good it had fridge but no milk given and tea and coffee sachets not refilled. Decent location but need a car really."

"spotless upstairs apartment with a great balcony to both sides of the property. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of towels and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was newly refurbished with a fab shower, again spotless Very peaceful with great amenities. Staff were lovely and the reception area looked and smelt beautiful"

He de destacar al increible grupo de profesionales en todos los ambitos: destacar en recepcion a Jacobo, Judith, Javi... Una mencion ESPECIALISIMA, al maravilloso equipo en cocina y camareros: Ruben, Ana, Josefina, Salud... (me encantaria nombrarlos a todos, porque lo merecen, pero no recuerdo tantos nombres!). Por favor, al equipo Barcelo: sigan cuidando al maravilloso staff, marcan la diferencia. Sobre todo cuidenlos porque tenemos claro que queremos volver el proximo año!
