「It was a nice place to stay in, we had a room with my husband, daughter, and me. The cleaning people came everyday and they always made sure we were stock with stuff. The check in was a bit difficult but that was on us because we didn’t look at the preregister check in, just make sure to be on top of it. The place was quiet and everyone was respectful with one another. Other than that, the stay was perfect and they have nice cafes/restaurants around the area!」

「When we arrived we found the room was full of dust ( above the closet , the dresser and even the blankets were dusty). The elevator was out of the service all the time. The WiFi doesn’t work. The only thing that was working was the AC. It’s near to the Roma Termini and 30 min walk to the center of Rome. There’s no reception so you have to WhatsApp the person in charge of this place. We had to request to clean the room after our second day and they even said the cleaned the room when they did not...

「Das Apartment ist hübsch sauber und ganz modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist toll und es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Die Kommunikation war am Ende ganz toll und einfach Hand zu haben. Wir hatten nur das Pech, das bei Expedia erst die falsche Adresse genannt wurde . Das hat dann kurzfristig zu einem Missverständnis geführt. Es konnte sich dann aber klären, indem wir die Person, mit der ich die ganze Zeit in Kontakt war, die richtige Straße genannt hat, Alles in allem eine wunderbare Oase,...
