「My wife and I are visiting Cusco from Dallas, Texas. We had a wonderful stay. The host spoke English and was very kind and helpful. He showed us how to operate the appliances. There was hot water in the shower, a gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, TV with Netflix (big plus), and electric portable space heater (another big plus). 「I switched to this hotel after staying in a relatively cheaper place for a while. It made such a big difference! I interacted with 3 male receptionists and they were all very friendly and kind. They helped with laundry, provided good breakfast and positively contributed to my amazing vacation. It is a walking distance from the city center. Don't let the stairs discourage you, because the hotel has a nice city view at the terrace :)」
