great little house
We stayed for a family birthday. The house was spotlessly clean and just perfect for our needs. We love old houses with character this one has it. Its a bit noisy but not bad. I loved that it has a bathroom in each room. They are very small but serve the purpose and so convenient. Perfect location and David is the perfect host. Kind. polite and very accommodating.

This house was perfect for our family weekend, easily accommodating 6 adults. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location is super convenient – just a short walk to State St. So thankful we could bring our dogs. The fenced-in front yard was perfect for them. We would stay here again.

Cute home in great location.
The home was great and had plenty of parking. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance from the house. However, the bed sizes were different than what was in the listing. That being said, we would book this property in the future.

Cozy Home Close to Town
My family was completely satisfied with our stay at this home. It's handsome on the outside, and inside you've got beautiful wood floors, tall ceilings, and bullseye molding throughout. Best thing was its location. We could walk to the pedestrian section of State Street--a good feature if you're doing an Urban Wine Trail and don't want to drive.

A quaint old Santa Barbara craftsman. Perfect location for our needs. 2 blocks to State st. The beach was definitely a drive, easy if you could bicycle there. The portable AC was efficient but vey loud. Many of the windows did not open. New ceiling fans in the entire house would have helped air movement. Overall, we enjoyed the place, but it could use a bit of TLC. Thank you D and crew.
