the room was quite nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet. it lacked a space for a medium sized suitcase to be conveniently placed out of the way, given the room's relatively small size. the area around the hotel is looking pretty rough...to many vagrants and homeless near the entrances of the hotel, made us feel uncomfortable. Parking situation was good at lot on E. Haley street.

Room was beautiful and centrally located near shops and restaurants. The only thing that I wasn't used to was no front desk employees or person you can call to ask questions, etc. Everything was done via text, which was fine, but just not used to that. Had a question / issue with the ac not working properly and wasn't quite sure how to fix that. It was not a big issue, and my stay was quite enjoyable. The Bed was super comfy and loved the shower and decor.
