Bathroom products from Public Goods and Ralph Lauren towels. Living room has a comfy sectional and 48" flatscreen TV. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea service. Lush pet-friendly courtyard and private parking. The central location provides easy access to all the amazing things SB has to offer!



    Guest Access:

    Guests will be able to access their individual apartment as well as the common courtyard and BBQ area, which includes outdoor picnic table, fountain, and overhead string lighting.

    This listing is located in Santa Barbara's West Beach neighborhood. One of the most walkable and desirable areas of Santa Barbara, you are just a few block walk from West Beach, Stearn's Wharf, and right on the edge of the hippest area of Santa Barbara, the Funk Zone. All the boxes Checked!

Great stay in west beach! Really nice clean, basic, condo like accommodations. Super comfy bed, and all the basic needs are covered. Very short walk to a beautiful sunrise as well as easy access to State Street and the fun zone. I would definitely stay there again.
