Modern Riviera Home, steps away from The Mission and The Rose Garden

This lovely 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home is settled in a nook of beautiful eucalyptus and oak trees on the beautiful Riviera of Santa Barbara. Just a 2 min. walk away from the Rose Garden and Mission, also the Riviera Theater and El Encanto Hotel, this location is prime! 15 min. walk to downtown shopping this central location is great for a summer getaway! Walk, cycle or drive around the beautiful hills of the Riviera and enjoy our beautiful and recently remodeled home with hard wood floors, new furniture and all the amenities. Master bedroom has a California king and the guest bedroom has a queen. Find a fireplace, plantation shutters, dishwasher, viking appliances, new kitchen and small terraces off of each bedroom and a patio for outdoor dinners. Slight view of the Mission from guest bedroom and hear the bells at sunset! Use the pool in summer months as included in the communinity area.

Santa Barbara Retreat

Prime location. Literally, is steps away from the Mission and Rose garden. Very comfortable, clean, and is in a safe neighborhood. Homeowners extremely prompt with replies should you have any questions. Have been to Santa Barbara a few times as a traveling nurse, and would definitely inquire as to the availability of this property should I ever be called back to the American Riviera.
