Brand new total renovated charming Villa. 2 cottages combined into 1 awesome beach property. SPA like outdoor bathtub & shower under gigantic palm trees. Book your vacation next door to Rosewood Miramar at a fraction of the price & treat yourself to privacy oasis w/ space to spread out. Gated entrance. Walk next door to resort! Experience the best of both. This is a special place! Darling beach villa with every detail considered. Spare nothing. Top to bottom renovation. Stylish retro kitchen, large bedroom with King size bed (can also be two XL twins). Gorgeous new bathrooms. Spacious living room with couch that opens to full size bed, kitchen bar and outdoor bar as well! bonus guest casitas boosts living area, large screen TV, bistro table for two and a trundle bed that sleeps two comfortably. Guest casitas has powder room and outdoor spa like bathtub w/ outdoor shower! VERY spacious yards, total privacy under the stars and gigantic Palm trees. Secured and gated. Private driveway. 2 minutes walk to the beach and sand. You have the whole home with two separate buildings combined for one fabulous property. Use the coconut suite 🥥 as a tv room, rec room for kids, private study or just an extra room to entertain friends or family. The main home is the Palm Villa with the master bedroom. We live close by. Available anytime for suggestions and local suggestions. We LOVE Montecito! It doesn’t get any better then this location! You ate adjacent to a five star resort, steps to a white sand beach and Miramar surf point and a 3 minute drive to the famous Coast Village road with all the top brand shopping and amazing restaurants that are some of the best in California. Everything that you need is within 5 minutes of The Palms Villa. The zoo, state street, east beach volleyball and downtown Santa Barbara is two exits away! You can walk to and from the beach within a few minutes as well as next-door to the Rosewood Miramar. If you want to walk 15 minutes you can get to Coast Village Road. The airport is about a 15 minute drive away. At low tide, a sunset walk on the beach can take you 5 miles in either direction of white sand beaches. Depending on the tides there can be rocks near the stairs but it clears up by the resort. The Rosewood Miramar, Beach, Hotel is next-door and they sell day passes online. You can enter the resort and use the pools, hot tubs, bocce ball, courts, gym, Spa, and Beach! Go to resort pass right away to insure they don’t sell out! https :// w w w. resortpass. c o m
