「Staff welcoming, clean neat motel. Breakfast was adequate had coffee several choices on juice, waffles, yogurt, muffins and cereal. The retro look was neat. Even microwaves were retro. Room had microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Should I ever be in Silver City again will definitely stay at LuLu」

「Staff was very polite and helpful. It’s an older hotel our shower head was wobbly and not on very well the tiles in the bathroom were also wobble and coming up. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Some of the bedding had holes in it. But everything else was clean and comfortable. Just an older hotel but for the most part everything was clean and staff was very friendly and polite. And they had tamales for breakfast which was amazing.」

「NEVER again. The hotel did not have the room I reserved. They tried to switch me to another room without the amenities I needed. The front desk staff simply said, "We don't have the room available that you booked." The staff seemed unconcerned about addressing the reservation problem and finally offered to cancel the reservation. I arrived around 5 pm, with two young children and was faced with the possibility of no place to sleep for the night. The hotel staff did not offer to help me find...

「I was first given the incorrect room type, which was not prepared. I was then provided the correct room type but there were no towels. When walking barefoot in the room, the floors were found to be unclean. The next night, my room key would not work and I had to wait approximately 30 mins for this to be resolved. There was not hot water available for a shower, and after an 18 day, I was less than thrilled. I knew I would not be doing anything but a quick shower and sleep a few hours each...
