“This was a fantastic place to stay for me and my teenage son for Spring Break. Spacious, quiet, clean and in a great location right next to Warner Bros studio on a quiet side street. Whole Foods and several great restaurants are less than 5 min drive or 12-15 min walk away. Parking included. We loved the peaceful backyard with morning sunshine and lots of chirping birds. A little oasis! ”

“The host communicated at the last minuet with check-in instructions..towels and sheets were damp when I checked in. Dryer did not work. Kitchen cabinet doors fell of when I opened them..Lots of road noise from busy street out front..poor overall location.. I left several days early to find another place.. host would not refund me a dime. I'd not recommend staying here.”

"We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall the stay was okay, and the staff did move us to another room after an incident, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues that really affected our experience. The bathroom in the king bed room was extremely small. While my partner was showering, the glass shower door suddenly fell off completely. Thankfully he caught it before it hit him, because it could have seriously injured someone. After that happened, we were moved to another room with a much larger bathroom. What I don’t understand is that I paid extra each night specifically for a king-size bed room, but the queen bed rooms actually seemed to have much larger bathrooms and a better layout. Paying more for a significantly smaller and less functional bathroom was disappointing. I would strongly recommend the hotel inspect and repair the shower doors and bathroom fixtures for guest safety."
