「Great location! Walking distance to Warner Bros Studio and grocery stores. Short drive to Universal Studios, the Hollywood Sign and Rodeo drive. The only thing we had difficulty with was the temperature on the shower. The diverter valve likely needs to be replaced. But we managed! Bed and pull out sofa mattress were comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful! Kyla was a responsive and great host and we greatly appreciate her sharing her property with us! 」

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood.
