Less than 5 minutes walk from the historical centre of the capital, the Auditorium and the swimming pools of the César Manrique Maritime Park. In the vicinity the Nuestra Señora de África Market and the 2 main shopping centres in Santa Cruz: El Meridiano and Nivaria and next to them El Corte Inglés. At street level you can find fruit shops, small local shops, as well as hairdressers and all kinds of services.
The apartment is located in the centre of Santa Cruz, very close to the pools from the Maritime Park, the auditorium of Tenerife, the big shopping centres and the main points of interest of the capital.
