Unable to get any sleep. People blaring music all night, dogs barking in the room next door (even though the property is supposed to be pet free), people banging on doors at 3am; the noise was never ending. When I told management what happened, he said, "Yeah, lots of homeless people and young people who come here for parties." Very disappointing to pay $280 for one night.

The room was nice and clean. The front desk gentleman was very friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was very close to the Boardwalk and Coconut Grove.

This place is great value and top location. Sid was exceptional on reception the beds are super comfortable for the ptice walk to the board walk and pier easily 10 out of 10

Great beach area hotel. Last minute short stay. Front desk was knowledgeable and efficient. 5 mi ute walk to the boardwalk. If you're looking for a clean no frills stay at a good price this might be the place.

No closet or luggage rack. Exterior needs more work and area with pool is just dirt. Bed was uncomfortable and slid off the bed very easily. Alot of traffic noise and very busy intersection. Could use a garden, fire pit/bbq, etc.
