very nice home within walking distance to historic district and restaurants.

This house was very nice, comfortable furniture and beds, nice bathrooms, large kitchen...all very clean. The best part was its close location to Santa Fe's historic district; we walked everywhere. Check in/out was easy; great communication with owners.

Comfortable stay in Santa Fe

Great location for either a short walk to the plaza or convenient drive to anything else we wanted to see and do on our first visit to Santa Fe. House was very well provisioned which made our stay extra comfortable. Thanks again Pearl for a super stay in this great city!

Great VRBO!

I loved staying here. The location is convenient to shopping and downtown, the house is clean with lots of comfortable amenities. It's a charming mix of an older home with upgraded conveniences like new bathrooms and a wonderful massage chair!

Perfect Santa Fe Getaway Location

The home was well appointed, perfectly cleaned and a had all the amenities one could need. It was a 5 minute walk to the square and was surrounded by great breakfast, lunch and dinner spots. Would absolutley stay here again.

Everything was fine with the property. The construction at the entrance of the street made finding the house very difficult and then getting in and out was very problematic. We had no advance warning of this, which would have been helpful.

Downtown Santa Fe Gem

Cute and cozy roomy home right off of downtown area. Clean, well stocked, and warm. Easy to walk to bakery/cafe and grocery store. Also easy to walk to downtown which included museums and restaurants. Hope to return soon.

This a return vacation trip to Santa Fe. Love the area and this unit met all our expectations. Clean, modern and well equipped. Beds we’re comfortable and unit had everything we needed. Very good location close walk to the center plaza.

This was probably the best VRBO property we have ever styed in. Spotlessly clean. On a quiet dead end street. The house had every conceivable appliance available. With mini splits in every room and ceiling fans and heaters everyone can be completely comfortable. A short walk to the Plaza. Absolutely perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed the home! Very clean, warm, quiet and cozy. Very well stocked-linens, kitchen items and laundry. Walking distance to plaza, restaurants, stores etc a big plus. Pearl is very responsive if needed. Will stay again!

Close to everything!

Clean, well stocked. Quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. We could walk to almost anything in the downtown area. The only thing we had to drive to was Museum Hill. Restaurants were close. Quick walk to the Plaza. We would/will stay there again.

Great home design and location

The home fit all our needs. It was well equipped, including with pantry and housekeeping supplies. The lay-out of the house was great, with a balance of group and private space. The owner was quick to respond, and even alerted us of a storm related power outage. The neighborhood was quiet, with easy walkable access to historic Santa Fe.

Exactly as advertised, you cannot ask for anything more than that.

Enjoyed every aspects. The covered parking is a real bonus. I run daily and as I ran past quite a few places we had stayed before, I certainly noticed the cramped parking in those spots!

Spacious, cozy house in Santa Fe

Comfortable, quiet, and plenty of room for my wife and I as we visited the Santa Fe area. Close to restaurants, grocery, walkable to Plaza area for shopping and museums. We ate out mostly but did prepare some meals at the house - the kitchen was well-appointed with the pots/pans/utensils needed. Easy entry. Host let us know they were accessible though we did not need to reach out. Would definitely look into staying there again if we return to Santa Fe.

Exceeded Expectations!

Extremely well-kept house in a very convenient area. So many little niceties were provided: Keurig coffee pods, make-up remover wipes and table games. Beds were comfortable and sheets were so soft. The kitchen was stocked with cooking basics such as Saran Wrap and numerous dish towels. There was even a very nice Ninja Air Fryer. We would definitely stay here again!

Second time here…does not disappoint!

My wife and I returned to Santa Fe and were overjoyed to be able to come back to this house that felt like home. Relaxing with everything you need and only a 15 minute walk to the Plaza. But you also have a great bakery, coffee shop just at the end of the block. Enjoyed quiet time in early evening sitting in the backyard. Thanks for a wonderful welcome back!!
