If you are allergic to dogs this is not the hotel for you. The carpet in our room was stained and smelled of animal. For the price I was not impressed.

This hotel is absolutely filthy. From floor to ceiling grim. Super disappointed in our stay. Couldn’t use the hot tub because it was so gross. Hair, oil, skin all floating around. Honestly the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d guess they spent all the time and money in getting the hip furniture and no time or money on deep cleaning and it showed. There was also NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM NEAR THE KITCHEN!! Huge health code violation. Super disappointed. I hope this helps them fix some issues and they have a long term of business though.

For being a jr suite, it is small. Once the sofa bed comes out it meets the king bed and blocks passage. Some rooms should have bars in the tub to prevent slippage especially for us srs. I hoped to see a small kitchenette space but the coffee maker sits on top of the microwave on the small tabletop. Our room was at the last bldg and when you return from dinner after dark, walking to your bldg down the walkway was very dark. I almost fell when I rounded the corner too early. It needs more lighting along the pathway.

It was a great location. Staff was very good. Breakfast was better than any other hotel we've stayed at. Think they may have just painted in our room. Could use more art & lamp on otherside of room. But it was a comfortable visit.

A nice resort overlooking a National Cemetary, close to downtown Santa Fe. Rooms are large, with a king (in my case), a table & chair and a bench which I used for my carry-on. Only a couple of outlets, so beware (I always travel with a 10 footer), I was extremely disappointed that there was no easy chair to relax in Theres plenty of room! No restaurant and no room service and a $25/resort fee that is a joke. Even the Hot Tub was out of order. I will not be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Glorieta Hotel in Santa Fe. The location is excellent—just five minutes from the Plaza and surrounded by fine dining options. The property has been recently renovated, and the updates have been done beautifully. While the hotel is still in a period of transition, the attentive staff, well-run dining room, and thoughtful menu made for a pleasant experience. My room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. With these strengths in place, I’m confident the Glorieta will continue to improve and become an even stronger choice for visitors to Santa Fe.

My room was covered in ants, even my bed no one would accommodate or get a manager when I asked for one. Tv and Air conditioner wouldn’t work just terrible experience all together.

Beautiful hotel. Nice furnishings and atmosphere. While some items are outdated, the property looks to be undergoing a facelift. Will be a popular destination. Staff not friendliest- more important to flirt with each other than pay attention to guests. Will definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed our experience, the staff was great and super kind. I’m excited for what it’ll be when the renovations are done! My only feedback is that we had at least three bugs in our room and that the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were not good quality.

Just opened under new management - before ready! Or price should have reflected diré lack of amenities There a week + regret deciding to deal rather than to move. Friendly + helpful "as they can be under circumstances" staff cant make up for deficiencias. Dead foliage near entrance. No food, not even ltd bar food in bar that was open. No microwave or frig in my room but - seriously!- plugged microwave on table in hall for rooms without to use! Never s used- who wants to stink up hallway of fellow guests even you'd dare to use it? Exterior dirty/ didn't check inside.Shop snacks consisted io 2 types of hard candy + 2 sm bags of popcornofwhich took days to replenish, even tho I noted they needed more + more options. Ran out of soda I bought daily. Carpet desperately needs cleaning/replaced. Room was clean when I arrived but very poor housekeeping services during stay, besides replenishing towels, etc. Even after I pointed out mess from "exploding" green tea Keurig pod, the area was minimally wiped + the Keurig still covered in tea leaves. Very small but serviceable tv. Ironing board, no iron, but supplied when asked. Made 2 wake up call requests. Never got one, 2nd 1 hr earlier than asked, even tho clarified night before. And a random call one afternoon during nap. Not walking distance to anywhere. Positives- pool used by guests, some musical performances 2-3 evening (wasnt able to attend so can't rate) + friendly, helpful staff. Por rating reflects no management, not them'
