Luxurious Open Concept Home with Fabulous Backyard Entertainment Area

Built in 2018, this home was recently purchased by a Designer and Contractor who have taken it to the next level! The open concept floor plan has 20' ceilings in the living/dining/ kitchen area with additional bar seating. Everything in the home is new - high-end beds and bedding, bathroom linens, living and dining room furniture/accessories. There are Designer touches in every room with an extensive collection of art from the owners' private collection. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. The lovely backyard has a fabulous 20'X20' deck complete with dining furniture and extra seating. The front porch has charming outdoor seating as well. There is a two car garage with additional driveway parking. This 1629 sq. ft. home is spacious yet cozy with its light airy feeling.

Master bedroom was dusty. I wish it had a King bed. I ended up sleeping on the couch, which was fairly comfortable. The garage was nice but if you have more than 2 cars you may have parking issues. We left one in the garage and one in the driveway. I don’t think houses across the street had driveways so they were in the street and made backing out a challenge. Overall we enjoyed the house and the backyard area. Would stay again

The house was pretty, comfortable, well-stocked with necessities, and 15 minutes from Santa Fe. We loved having a garage for our car and a backyard for sitting outdoors. In addition, hot water was instant and the house cooled comfortably. Lovely place for exploration of Santa Fe and Los Alamos.

Lovely house, great location

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this home in Santa Fe. The house was comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. It was great having access to the garage especially since the weather was a mix of snow, rain.& strong winds . Our host Christa was wonderful.
