From the get-go, you might feel like you’re stepping into a Georgia O’Keefe painting. Beautifully landscaped, you’ll enter this modernist abode into a spacious living room. The space is adorned with unique decor pieces and a large, velvety-soft L-sofa around a fireplace and TV. Families will love hanging out here together for game nights or binging Netflix shows with tasty snacks.

Cross the marble-style tiled floors towards the kitchen to find the three bedrooms on either side. It’s time to divvy up the rooms and get comfortable! You have options. First is the luxurious primary suite, outfitted with a king-sized bed, beautifully exposed beams, a TV, and patio door access.

You’ll also be happy to find a deluxe ensuite bathroom with beautiful tiling, huge vanity, and a glass shower. This ensuite bathroom is attached to a romantic sitting room, with an LED candle fireplace and a spare queen sofa bed for relaxing or extra guests.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a deluxe queen bed, patio access, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. And the third guest bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of closet storage space, and a TV to help you unwind at night. Those without an ensuite bathroom will have unencumbered access to the third full bathroom!

Once you’re all unpacked, it’s time to enjoy the home’s best amenities and features. Meal times are made simple with our modern, well-stocked open-concept kitchen. State-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and ample countertop space make it easy to cook anything your family loves.

When it’s time to eat, sit at the breakfast bar, or gather around the six-person dining table to enjoy a meal together. And when the sunny weather is too enticing to ignore, you have the option to eat from the outdoor dining table in the backyard.

We’ve created spaces of fun and recreation for all ages, and that’s where our game room comes in. Kids can challenge each other to a game of shuffleboard, while grownups can grab a bottle from the wine fridge or mix cocktails from the wet bar. There’s also a dedicated workspace here, with fast WiFi speeds (600+) for those who work from home.

When you’re not out exploring Santa Fe’s exciting attractions, you’ll love hanging out in the large, totally private backyard. This fenced-in yard is a great place to set your dogs (and kids!) free to play, while you relax from the shaded patio or sunny deck. From bouncing on the trampoline to BBQ grilling under the stars, you’ll all make memories that will stay with you forever.

Our home is located close to the best entertainment, dining, and outdoor adventures that Santa Fe has to offer. Right near the house are multiple dog parks to bring your furry friends, and a network of biking paths to enjoy. And just five minutes away by car is the Plaza, downtown Santa Fe, where all the action happens!

Downtown Santa Fe is a vibrant cultural hub with a variety of activities for visitors of all ages. Families will love exploring the city`s rich history and unique blend of art, architecture, and cuisine. One of the best things to do in downtown Santa Fe is to take a walking tour of the historic district. The city`s adobe buildings, narrow streets, and picturesque courtyards offer a glimpse into Santa Fe`s past and present.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Sangre de Cristo Mountains provide hiking, biking, and skiing opportunities. The Santa Fe National Forest is just a short drive away, with over 1.5 million acres of wilderness to explore. Families can also enjoy picnicking, fishing, and boating at the nearby Santa Fe River Park, which features a scenic walking trail and playground.
