「I couldn't get a towel after swimming. My family had to use a used towel. I went to the reception, but they didn't bring it to me, and there was no answer from the evening and I didn't see anyone.
Everything was perfect except for the service above. The lake was so beautiful.」

「Marisol the host was very polite and respectfully. She showed us the ranch and offered us her help with anything that we needed. We recommend this Ranch 100% very clean very spacious very organized and had everything that we needed. We loved it 」

「The place is great, clean with a beautiful View. The road to get there is very narrow and uphill so definitely need 4x4 a small car might not make it. The shops are near by which it’s great. I would definitely recommend. 」

「When we arrived at the apartment and called the host he said there was an issue with the current apartment and there was another that he was going to send us to. I had read a previous review with the same situation and it just felt like it was a scam.we didn't feel safe going to another location.the host wasn't willing to work with us to help us get a refund. Please be careful when booking here.」

「Nice place to stay, conveniently close (walking distance) from many stores and restaurants, and the El Salvador del Mundo monument park. The staff is very kind, respectful, and resourceful. Will definitely stay again if a nearby future. 」
