“Property was excellent it just had a low water pressure shower 🚿”

“I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door……

“The bed was extremely noisy—every time I moved or turned, it made loud sounds, making it impossible to sleep. The air conditioner was placed right next to the bed and blew directly onto my lower back, causing significant discomfort throughout the night. Additionally, even basic items like the orange juice at breakfast were extremely diluted and tasted like water. Overall, the experience was very poor and uncomfortable.”

“We did not know before arriving that the property was under construction. We gave as much grace as possible but there were so many issues and the staff was NOT helpful and sometimes plain rude. There were so many people checking out because of issues! Issues the hotel knew about yet still made these rooms available. Our room was is process of being upgraded, bathroom fans didn’t work, there was sealant missing in the shower, the ac was new but not even hooked up, the room was half cleaned and……

“I booked a king, maybe queen size bed room, but when I checked in, it's 2 single beds room, and the room is too small. The front desk didn't tell me anything about this when I checked in. That's too bad!!!”

“Definitely was useful for our stay, wasn't a fan of the paid parking and also having to take linens down to get them changed. Even though we stayed for exactly 7 days. Very kind and respectful staff, but would not stay here again. There were also an absurd amount of construction vehicles and semi trucks parked in the parking lot so often times we had to park at the other hotel.”
