「This was not the property we were taken to. The property manager agreed to pick us up from the airport and brought us to the property (for a fee) we thought we paid for. 「We had a wonderful stay in Civitavecchia. The host was extremely accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. They were an excellent communicator—responsive, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was lovely, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was also great and convenient for exploring Civitavecchia and getting to the cruise port. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Civitavecchia. Highly recommended!」
