Reviewer Comments:
The stay was great, overall. The home left a little to be desired. On the positive side, it's very close to the beach. On the negative, we had to use the Watercolor ramp for handicap/wheelchair access. The home also presents (from outside pics) to be larger than it is in reality. Rooms are small and cut up. The tv is underneath the bottom counter in the living room, so it's only a few inches above the floor and not very visible if sitting on one end of he sofa. The dining room and living room are, basically, one average size room with everything squeezed in. The laundry room is very small and has a send fridge. So, it is only able to accommodate a small, stacked washer/dryer, which was not great for washing beach towels and such. I would not classify the 4th BR as a bedroom. It's about the size of a small walk-in closet and has a twin sized bunk bed. There's really not even room for luggage in there. And, one of the bigger bedrooms has a queen and small bed in it which indicates it will sleep three. It is a room designed for one couple/person unless you want a third person sleeping in an adult room. Also, the attachment does not go with the main house, but you share a common outside area with other renters from there. All-in-all, we felt a bit cramped/crunched together, but we made the best of it. I might suggest this one is a home better designed to rent to 3 couples, at most.
