Peace and quiet

Well-appointed house, a little dark inside with little natural light due to close neighbors and cypress trees in back. But plenty of sunshine outside on the front porch in the afternoon. We appreciated having access to the gym facilities and the well-maintained golf cart.

Friends Vacation

Property and neighborhood were beautiful and well kept. Pool and amenities were nice. Gentleman overseeing pool was not friendly. Neighborhood is very quiet with a lot of HOA rules. Not much close to property as far as restaurants, shops or entertainment. More direction to public beach access close to house would have been helpful. Overall it was a great trip and would definitely return to the area.

Beach getaway

The property was really nice. Loved that it was a private gated community. Communication with the Pinkie Flamingo was superb. We had a couple of issues that arose and all I had to do was send an email and they were right on it immediately. Took care of the issues right away! We were very impressed with there immediate response. We had a great stay!

Great Property But Make Sure You Document Everything

This property is beautiful and comfortable. We had a group of 8 and it was perfect for us. The location is close to beaches (golf cart or bikes) and a great local coffee shop Kith & Kin. The AC is cold and the neighborhood is quiet. You can tell the owners put a lot of TLC into the property. Definitely document the condition of the home and golf cart when you arrive. We had an unfortunate incident with the property manager accusing us of denting the golf cart when we called for assistance with the lock box. Fortunately, we had pictures with time stamps and at that point hadn’t even used the cart.
