106 can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests with a king bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, and a set of twin hallway bunks.

This lovely coastal condo also comes with easy beach access from the private boardwalk to the white sandy beach and one of the rare coastal dune lakes, Eastern Lake. Check in process was very easy and convenient. Rental appeared as described with plenty of linens and supplies. Had trouble with dryer not drying in a timely manner but other than that it was great!

Location was tucked away… beach wasn’t crowded but the chair and umbrella company were beach hogs. Seemed as if they thought the beach was all just for them and no one else who didn’t want beach service…

We stayed here for a long weekend. Everything was just as described. Wonderful view of the beach. Beach chairs are NOT included so be sure to bring your own or call 30A Shade. Perfect for a quick trip!!

Beautiful beaches

Property was perfect for us. It was clean, beachfront location, nice bed. Furniture in the living area was not comfortable. There was also a problem with ants.
