The Space:

Across the street from sandy beaches & Emerald Coast. Fully equipped kitchen & all comforts of home. Patio faces palm trees, pond & fountain. Steps to grill, pool, & hot tub. 2 bedrooms/2 baths & hall bunks; fresh linens & bed coverlets. Washer/dryer. Sleeps 6.

Park and walk directly into your ground floor getaway. No stairs or elevators to negotiate.

Gulfplace includes 3 pools (2 are heated), 2 hot tubs, shuffleboard, tennis courts, bean-bag toss, walking trails, shops, nail salon, spa, outstanding restaurants, artisan booths and more. Nearby you can purchase fresh seafood to enjoy. And order your groceries delivered before your arrival, if you choose.

Other activities: Enjoy a "Wine Walkabout" the third Thursday of the month. Sunday Church service on the beach. Artisan craft sessions. An outdoor amphitheater for kids play. High Tides, low tides, Evening Sunsets. Bike trails all along 30A. Oh, and Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is one block away. There are rental companies for bikes (including electric), kayaks, YOLO boards, beach chairs and umbrellas.

With its splendid crystal-white beaches and outdoor activities, 30a is one of the top vacation destinations in the U.S. Within biking distance are Seaside, Watercolor, the famous "Red Bar", Seagrove, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach. Located between Destin and Panama City Beach, it an easy ride to golf courses, outlet malls, fishing piers, deep-sea fishing, shelling, dolphin excursions, and various other attractions. Just relax, take your time and enjoy!

Gulf Place, just opposite Ed Walline beach access and located just steps from the famous sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast, Gulf Place is one of 30A’s original urban developments. The 25-acre community is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to offer a one stop vacation destination with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, a nature walking trail, plentiful green space, tennis, pools and more.
