This was the perfect house for my friends and I! It was a short drive to the beach and perfectly located to multiple restaurants. I have zero complaints. The owner was quick to respond to any questions! The house is clean and decorated nicely!

Clean, convenient, everything we needed for our vacation. The golf cart is not included so the picture was misleading for the listing but we rented one and it was great to have.

30Avacay was very responsive and made sure we enjoyed every part of our stay! Beds were comfortable, kitchen and grill were easy to use and had plenty of dishes and utensils. The large tables were good for eating and playing games as a family at night or during rainy mornings I will say it was about a 15 minute walk to the public beach access but the bikes made it quicker

Convenient Location

The home was great for a week long beach vacation. The 30A Vaca property management was responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a great Blue Mountain Beach location.

Perfect Getaway!!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. The home was extremely clean and well kept. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The back porch was the hang out spot of the trip. We had dinner out on the patio many nights and enjoyed how quiet and peaceful it was. The management company was responsive and took care of us throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking!

Beautiful home and overall we had a great stay! But, we felt as though the post was a bit misleading (although we didnt read it well enough). Assumed the golf cart was included since it's in the main photo but it is indeed an extra cost. The 'starter pack' that came with the home was limited so be sure to bring all your own supplies! The only other issue was that beach access wasn't 'easy' with small children. Without the golf cart, you'll need to drive but parking is impossible.

The property was nice, but not very clean upon arrival. The location was great. The property management company was very difficult to work with. Communication with them was challenging. Additionally, we rented the golf cart for 150/day and the day after paying for it we received a text saying we could rent it for 100/day. The property management company refused to honor this price.
