An open floorplan connects the kitchen, dining, and expansive living areas, providing the ultimate destination for your group. The living area offers high ceilings and abundant natural light. Luxurious furnishings and a gas fireplace make this polished-yet-welcoming area a perfect place to relax. The gourmet kitchen features premium appliances, including a 6-burner Viking gas range, Viking dishwasher, farmhouse sink, and a spacious 4.5 X 10.5 island.
The outdoor kitchen features Alfresco Power Burner & Bull Grill with access to the incredible pool area, featuring a pool deck, hot tub, and a heated pool. Cozy lounge chairs provide the ultimate place to enjoy a quiet sunrise or sunset. Beautiful backsplash over the outdoor kitchen. Italian Tile on the Lanai.
The "playroom” area is the perfect spot for kids. 3 built-in twin-size bunks and a sectional sofa with pull-out full/queen size bed with and a 70-inch TV.
Guests can choose from a variety of sleeping accommodations. The master features a plush king bed and a private bathroom with a glass-front shower, and a separate soaking tub. Built-in closet systems are large enough to store all personal belongings or the dressers in every room except the media room. There is a large storage furniture piece with a heavy lid. Adults use it only to lift the lid if they need to store anything in the media room. The piece is handmade.
The 3 guest rooms are all equipped with queen beds and built-in closet systems.
All guest bedrooms have one nightstand and a dresser.
