Beautiful house, slow communication from rental company

Beautiful house and area, but a bit misleading for beach access. Very small public beach area close to the house and had to get there by 7am to get parking and a spot.Bed sheets had stains and Vrbo policy stated that there would be a charge if linen were change was requested.Had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towels and trash bag refills. For the premium price that we paid, we did not expect to have to Bring our own goodsSlow communication from rental company

4th Vacation

Golf cart was very dirty with previous guests cups with straws, water bottles and sits was covered with debris and sand. I cleaned before using Pool: full of debris, I also cleaned this before my family got in Wi-Fi was terrible and was even worse when we had to endure no wifi for 24 hours. This didn’t get fixed and had to improvise with neighbors so I could conduct meetings that was already scheduled with my business. All in all, I wish it would have ended better.

Terrible rental company but great property

Arrived to being greeted by a black cat inside the home!!!! (My son is allergic) tried called sent to voicemail! Went on a short golf cart ride in which the golf cart locked up in middle of with 4 bars lefts. Called 8 times before finally getting ahold of a lady. She informed us to leave it sit and either walk or get an Uber. A tech will get it when she can. Tech delivered cart back to home and said it was dead and plugged it in. We was afraid to take it out much after that. Thermostat in home is a s smart thermostat in which they have programmed so every time we turned around it was changed to 79 degrees. Called and once again sent to voicemail. Property is absolutely gorgeous and I would recommend the owner to get a new vacation rental company

Perfect Beach House

This house was perfect for our annual family summer vacation! It was only a couple of minutes from the beach. The golf cart was so convenient and the house was very clean and decorated beautifully!

Good but not great

Everything was great except: 1) temp was 56F when we arrived and did not reach 68F until almost 16hrs later, making it difficult to sleep first night 2) pool did not reach desired temp on second night (fine on first night) 3) lots of construction next door. Very loud and sight of dumpster, port-a-potty, and construction material affected atmosphere

At least it was only a 4 night stay. Roaches inside grill. Construction on BOTH sides of the house

Where to begin… We stay in this neighborhood ALL THE TIME including this type of house layout so we know what to expect. This house is our LEAST favorite. Firstly, this house AC unit is ran off Wifi and on this “Eco” setting so this means it adjusts to whatever temperature. If you’re not in the house 24/7 the house will be on 78 time you get back. The fan on the AC system doesn’t run all the time either so the house is stuffy. Secondly, thank god our children was not with us and staying upstairs because the staircase railing was SO LOOSE, to the point it’s almost about to fall off. Also, there are NO computers upstairs for “gaming” like listed in the pictures. Thirdly, yes this house is listed saying construction. There is nowhere stating construction is on BOTH SIDES OF THE HOUSE full; off workers watching you 24/7 With a port a potty sitting in the front yard. We speak Spanish and I didn’t appreciate their nasty comments made about me in my bathing suits. We had to have our blinds closed the ENTIRE TIME. How are the owners going to charge $3000 for 4 days when you’re basically a prisoner of your own home. Next, this is the only house I have stayed at in this neighborhood that has a ring doorbell camera and other cameras . No privacy , what so ever between the construction workers and these cameras everywhere out front. No lights inside the pool and the cheap LED lights hanging around the railing outside do not work after 10:30PM . There are lights overhead but who wants mosquitoes and whatever bugs flying around. I would suggest heating the pool in the fall. THE TOPPING ON THE CAKE is that they state there is a gas grill, yes with ROACHES!!!!!!! Yeah realll appetizing . So never used the grill. No access to local channels except for the TV outside . There is no way of getting Hulu on any of the TVs ( only app to have local channels ) VRBO states they have pool towels, there are none. No box fans in the bedrooms .and would not bring me even one . Other homes have brought them for us . Their suggestion was oh every room has an overhead fan LOL yeah that doesn’t work in a stuffy home. I suggest staying in this neighborhood based off location BUT I wouldn’t use this company or in this home. Use the homes that are ran by the private owners. This house is a lawsuit waiting to happen and a home with ZERO PRIVACY. This might be nice for people that don’t live in homes like these but for us who do, this house is a 2/5.

Great location.

This property had a great location and was well stocked. There was a constant odor that smelled like mildew/mold. Temporary issue, but the listing failed to mention the fact there is construction to the left and right of property, dumpsters and portable toilets flanking each side of driveway. Would have been a courtesy to notify, especially at the rate that was paid. Again, location great, ammenties of home great, construction bad, odor bad. Would recommend with those items addressed.

Gorgeous home w/ lots of space!

Fantastic home, close to beach, shopping, ice cream and more. Only drawback was the constant construction next door, which was not disclosed to us during rental process. Absolutely no way to sleep past 7:30 a.m. :-( Aside from this, the home was really beautiful, comfortable and plenty of space for a family of 5! We would definitely come back -- after construction on both sides of property are done.

Beautiful house but.......

This house is beautiful (inside and outside) but the smell inside was horrible which was very strong chemical. After we left for home, we still smelled the same odor on our clothes, suitcases, purse, wallet, make up bag, CPAP machine, etc. It was very unpleasant to smell. We don't know what the chemical was. It must be from underneath the floor in the entire house. Another negative was security video camera outside direct to the driveway which made us feel very uncomfortable and it made us feel like not a real vacation. The stairway is dangerous because it is too steep and too long. We were forced to pay for the golf cart and bike. We used golf cart twice and never used bikes. Waste of our money. We were shocked that we have to pay more money for turning the heat up for the pool... forget it. The pool was so cold and the weather was not great...not hot enough weather. The location is lousy because there are very few restaurants. We will not rent that house again. The rental for this house was ripped off. We are very sorry to give bad reviews but they need to hear it.

Nice home but ….

The home was nice but needed some maintenance. Great location. House being built next door, we pulled up to an outhouse and dumpster. Property management co. Refused to turn on heated pool even though I did request it within 48 hours. I’m disappointed when I checked out on VRBO the price tripled and even charged us separately for the “included” golf cart and bikes.

Amazingly perfect

The house was beautiful and the location was absolutely perfect! We were able to drive to the beach in two minutes with the golf cart. Highly recommend this place. Would definitely book again!
