Stunningly renovated home in the heart of Grayton Beach. Recently remodeled to include 3 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, plus an additional powder bath downstairs. Highlights include a luxurious primary bath with standalone tub and separate shower, a cozy den for socializing, and a spacious living area.

Enjoy the convenience of a new large laundry room and a screened porch overlooking the pool and cooking area. Outdoor amenities include a cabana with cooking facilities and ample living space around the private pool with lounge chairs. Just a short walk to the beach from Magnolia Street and close to the renowned Red Bar restaurant. Chiringo Bar and restaurant are also steps away. The home comes fully furnished with a grill and quality appliances for your comfort. No pets please! Pool heat is available for additional fee.

Explore Western Lake in Grayton Beach, ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing, just a short walk or bike ride away. Experience the vibrant atmosphere of Grayton Beach with shops, restaurants, beaches, and lakes all within reach.

Girls Getaway

This is the 3rd year in a row we have stayed at the Lazy Magnolia for a fall girls trip. The house is beautiful and clean. It is an easy walk to the beach and several local restaurants. We just love it and would highly recommend it for an amazing beach week.

Fabulous house in a perfect location. Beach ✅ close, restaurants and bars ✅ close, shopping ✅ close, private heated pool ✅, many relaxing conversation areas ✅, great screened in back porch for lazy afternoons ✅! Not required but, we rented a golf cart for the week and it was helpful. I would definitely book thus house again!

Wonderful! Great service from property manager.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect! So clean and welcoming. Wonderful amenities. It’s more updated as far as decorations than the pictures show. The pool heat was incredible. We had one question during our stay and Cole, with the property management company, was all over it and quickly. So friendly! We can’t wait to come back!
