Wonderful Stay in Watercolor

We loved our stay in Watercolor. The house was perfect for 6 adults and 1 dog. The neighborhood is just beautiful. We loved hanging in the backyard by the fireplace. The only negative is that the pool is too shaded by the trees so we didn't;t use it as much as expected and probably didn't need to pay for it to be heated. The best part is that the house comes with access to the Watercolor Beach Club. We went almost every day by golf cart. The pools, beach and restaurant were amazing!!

Ok house, great outside

The outside fireplace made this house. The inside of the house was a bit beat. It needed new rugs and better equipped kitchen. For the price per week the house wasn’t very nice.

Amazing

We really enjoyed our time in this property. We have stayed in this neighborhood 3 times now and have really enjoyed it. This house was a great location to the pool and Seaside. Publix is super convenient too.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The House was great! We had plenty of space for 6. The outdoor area was very accommodating. The golf cart was a great addition and a must have for visiting seaside and surrounding towns. The clip that holds the washer door shut was our only problem. The management team sent someone out the next day and had to order the part to fix the issue. The team came day of the bring new towels and offer a wash and fold service. Very happy with how the issue was resolved.

Great Location

Great location to walk -town, park, waterpark, beach. If little ones were tired by the end of day it was great the have the golf cart option. Loved having a private pool for time after the beach! Management team was very responsive with some issues and were fixed day of. We’ve been coming to Seaside for years and this property checked a lot of boxes for us.
