Wonderful stay

We stayed for 10 days in this beach home. It’s in a great location and the house was wonderful. Everything was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The owner was responsive and check in was easy. Would happily stay here again.

It's so cozy, and lovely.

Perfect spot my son eloped so this is where we celebrated the reception. More than big enough. Had all the extras we could need. Highly recommend.

Wonderful property and location!

This is a great place, nestled close to Seaside. Even though it is right off 30A, the neighborhood is super quiet and still only a short walk to the beach. The photos don’t show this, but there is a wonderful fenced in back and side yard, which is especially great if you have pets. The kitchen has newly updated KitchenAid appliances, which were all great. FYI, the coffee maker takes Keurig pods or regular ground coffee. The place is also within walking distance to several restaurants, stores, and the Tom Thumb convenient store. Enjoyed it and would stay again!

Family vacation October 2019

We love traveling with our pups but it isn't always easy. Thank you Shayla and Jim for having a pet accessible home for us pet lovers to enjoy. We traveled with our 2 adult children, 2 grandchildren and 2 pups so this was paradise for us. No worries about the furry kids being left behind. The house accommodated everyone with plenty of private space when needed. The fenced yard is wonderful. Beach is very close and plenty of restaurants etc. Can't wait until our next visit! Jim and Shayla, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had the best beach vacation ever! We had three adults, three children, and our small Yorkie with us, and there was plenty of space for all of us. I love the fact that the house has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms with shower, making it very convenient for everyone. The house was fully stocked with washer & dryer and plenty of linens, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher soap, and even a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. Walking distance to the beach, maybe about 3 blocks, and a nice community pool just around the block. I loved the neighborhood, calm and quiet. This house is conveniently located very close to everything. I highly recommend it to anyone coming to Santa Rosa Beach. Would definitely rent it again next time we come to Seaside! Thanks again for making our stay a wonderful experience.

4th of July week trip

Wrigley's Feild was the perfect cottage for our stay. It was close to the beach and to restuarants. The cottage is very well structured with the bunk beds down stairs and two quiet bedrooms upstairs. The property is well cared for and very comfortable. The host was VERY responsive and attentive. We created lasting memories here and would stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nice home, but dirty

The home was nice enough, and as advertised... but it was dirty. Dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty dishes in the cupboards. The owner needs to hire a new management company, and/or cleaning staff going forward. The place was just dirty. We've stayed in this exact area several times and this was the worst experience, but only because of the cleanliness.

Summary

Rigley’s field is a great place. The location was perfect and the house is clean. We had a small glitch at check in with the refrigerator but the repair man was there and it was fixed right away. Great place to stay for families or friends.

We had a great stay! Everything was close and within walking distance.

We had a great experience. The internet wasn’t working when we first got there, but she had it fixed right away. We didn’t have any other issues while we were there. It’s in a great location! It’s close to the beach, the pool, and many restaurants!

Great for family stay

The house was great for our family of 7 and 2 dogs. The backyard was larger than we envisioned from the photos. It was great for the dogs! The back fence needs a little repair of pickets but we managed to lean them back into place. The space was great for our group of college daughters and their friends. The house is located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We went into both towns a couple of times. If an info sheet could be provided to give instructions on using the remote fans, dishwasher, thermostat, etc that would be helfpul. The landlord was very responsible when we contacted that the disposal was not working and they sent someone to repair it. Would definitely come back to this property.

Family beach trip

We had a great time in this property! Fully stocked with everything you need for the house like toilet paper, laundry detergent, plenty of linens, etc. The house was very spacious, clean and only a short walk to the nearest public beach access. We brought our dogs and they did get out of the fence a few times because it is not sturdy at all, so that definitely needs to be fixed or replaced. Also, the wifi did not work for the majority of our trip, but it wasn’t that big of a deal for us. Would recommend adding patio furniture to the master balcony and some more seating by the grill. Overall, the house was good for our stay and we would stay again as long as the fence was repaired or replaced!
