"The condo has been updated very tastefully. The furniture is comfortable. You must be able to negoitate stairs to access the condo to bring in your luggage / groceries as well as to cross the sand dunes to access the beach."

"This was our second visit to Navarre Beach and second condo we have stayed in at Beach Colony. The room is extremely nice and - as mentioned in other comments-EVERYTHING you need! Beautiful views, too! Will be back!"

"The Emerald Isle condo is decorated beautifully, well stocked and has comfortable furniture and bedding. The view from the unit is fantastic… just what we were hoping for. The building is well maintained and the staff were friendly. Donna, the rental agent, was helpful and even let us know when the Blue Angels were going to fly by! We loved having 2 beach chairs and being close to great restaurants. We were very pleased with this rental."

"only 2 things that could be improved. we werent given, to my knowledge, the cose for piil and pool bathrooms. i did find out from another guest. pool was listed as heated and wasnt. Didnt ruin anything for us and im just passing along for your information. we loved the condo and view and took full advantage of the marvelous beach everyday. Thank you and would highly recommend. we would certainly stay here again."

"The apt was clean upon arriving - smelled like it was freshly mopped with Fabuloso. Restrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and living rooms were all tidy and organized. After a day the Fabuloso smell faded and a hint of cigarette smoke hung out in the kid bedroom and entry door way. We're non smokers and DID NOT appreciate it. The dishes we used were dirty, I had to rewash everything we used (pots, pans, dishes, mugs) before use. They either had food stuck or dust. I'd honestly still rewash before using...

"Condo was a little dated. Had no wifi all weekend and getting assistance on it never happened. Would probably return to same property but not the same unit number"

"Cant say enough wonderful things about the shell shack! The place was beautiful and comfortable and had all kitchen and bathroom extras you could need. The beach towels, toys and games were a huge plus when staying with kids. The beds and couch were super comfortable and the beach views were breathtaking. It was great being on the first floor so we could skip the elevator on our way to and from the beach. It was pretty cold when we went but we were still able to spend a lot of time on the beach...

"This property had everything we needed for an amazing family vacation. Its a short walk to the beach, and there's a pool too. We loved that it came with not only a kitchen stocked with everything we needed but also beach towels and sand toys! The washer and dryer were great to have with having such a large family staying for a week. Theres even blow dryers in the bathroom (i forgot mine)! And to top it off the welcome basket was such a welcoming touch and had some things we forgot too! My kids...
