This seems to be the best hotel in Santander, and we were given an upgrade to the top floor penthouse (not listed on Expedia) - elevator to 10'th floor, and then walk up a stairway. Location is excellent - right outside the hotel was "Christmas celebration central" - various activities and lights. Parking under the hotel. Hotel dining room was very good (elegant, good food, etc.). Coffee shop okay. Internet connection good. Seems better than 4*. I would stay here again.

New Year’s Eve trip
Great location near all local amenities within walking distance. Room was clean and spacious, easy check-in and check out, no cause for complaints and would stay again if I come back
