「Have requested a higher floor room, and I got then room in basement. The only room in basement, just next to laundry room. No reception no staff in the building. Only provide digit password for entering the building and room. Have asked them few times before arrived, how to get there and how to get into building and the room. Keep saying to wait until the check in time. No instructions can provide beforehand (please note I arrived late st night and no staff in the building) No one can help.」

「Staff in the bar were rushed off their feet. We had to wait a long time to order dinner and then a long time for it to arrive. They then tried to charge us for a different tables drinks which came to over 130 euros but our whole bill was only around 30! We wouldn’t order dinner there again but the setting was nice and parking was easy enough. The towels were soft and the bed was comfortable. The pool was quite busy even at 8pm.」
