George, the house manager, was extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. He really made the stay more memorable with his suggestions and information. I had the terrace room which had an unobstructed view of the caldera and stunning views of the sun setting behind Therasia Island. You'll want to walk down the stairs by the Kameni Bar (painted red) opposite the Metropolitan Church. From Fira bus stop, go up the cobbled street (5 min). Centrally located and yet isolated from the crowds because it's halfway down the caldera. Spacious cave rooms kept immaculately clean by George and the house staff.

The hotel is beautifully maintained, with stunning views, elegant rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect place to relax. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The pool area was spotless and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, with plenty of options and amazing local flavors. The location was also ideal: quiet enough to unwind, yet close to everything we wanted to explore in Santorini. Every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious. We truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommended for couples, honeymooners, or anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable Santorini experience. We can’t wait to come back!”
