The staff was very friendly and spoke English. Raul at the front desk especially. Also, the restaurant in the Hotel is excellent. The Cod was delicious. I would not hesitate to return to the Sheraton and the restaurant.

Great location. Definitely a good pick for before or after a cruise. The only reason I did not give it 5⭐️ is that they have no concierge so not much in terms of getting advice on what is going on in the area. Not everything that is happening is easy to find online. A concierge service would have been super helpful.

Asked for my room to be cleaned after two days. I usually try to safe the planet by only having my to cleaned every other two-three days after arrival. Had to talk to five people For the to To be cleaned and it was a disaster. They left the room terribly dirty. The floor was simply vile. Even the lady who is in charge of the team / rooms standard and Over and took pictures to show to the team what a disgusting job they had done. Simply unacceptable. I have stayed here several times before but this time may be my last. I had to clean the bathroom Floor myself. I am tired of spending so much money and the hotels and Expedia are the ones to benefit from it. Just not fair. You provide us with a service which we pay in return. You don’t give out money back so you? You simply expect us to putt up with this low standard of service while charming us thousands. Enough is enough. Stop apologising and do your job. Shame on you all

É incrível a liberdade oferecida aos hóspedes. Facilidade de check-in. Café da manhã com poucas opções para veganos (tem leite de soja e creme de chia). Restaurante deveria oferecer mais opções veganas. Tem massa para vegetarianos. Segunda vez que fico neste Hotel.

Desde a chegada, nos receberam rapidamente, comissários e check in. Quarto limpo, espaçoso, confortável e silencioso. Layout do banheiro bem espaçoso com ótimo chuveiro. TV com canais a cabo com muitos canais. Piscina muito boa, com água aquecida. Manobristas muito cordiais também. ( 50,00 por 24horas) Café da manhã excelente incluso na tarifa Um dia eu precisava sair cedo antes do café da manhã abrir, e eles se dispuseram a preparar um café para viagem.

Com certeza o Sheraton é o melhor hotel de Santos, muito bem localizado e com boa infra estrutura, porém está longe de ser 5 estrelas, pois faltam detalhes que poderiam classificá-lo desta maneira, como amenidades no quarto (roupões e produtos de toilete de melhor qualidade). O atendimento é cordial. Ponto alto é o café da manhã, muito completo.
