The hotel is ok to stay although the bathrooms were dirty, the bed was worn and uncomfortable, noisy elevators, poor food selection, very expensive and overpriced food and beverages and some rude employees. Unfortunately won’t return.

Amei tudo, com certeza voltaremos novamente! A estadia foi excelente, o quarto era muito confortável, tudo limpo e organizado, e a equipe muito atenciosa. Como ponto a melhorar, os elevadores acabam sendo poucos para a demanda do hotel, principalmente em horários de pico. O café da manhã também poderia ter mais variedade, pois as opções se repetem todos os dias. No geral, tivemos uma ótima experiência e recomendamos.

Eles perderam 1 estrela pelos copos de isopor, imagine tudo isso indo para o lixão de olimpia.... Outra coisa que poderia melhorar é o atendimento nos restaurantes, sei que tem mta demanda, mas falta atenção de alguns atendentes. Os elevadores não dão conta nos horarios de pico, pegue um quarto em andar baixo, será vantagem na estadia. O colchão estava bom, assim como a ducha bem forte e confortável! O ingresso do Hot Beach é uma mão na roda, mas o ônibus poderia ter mais informações de horários para ser mais claro. O parque é ótimo. Voltaria a ficar no hotel, mas optaria pelos que sao no conplexo.

quinta vez que nos hospedamos no hotel, sempre no mesmo padrão. Novidade agora é o sistema de abertura por porta via pulseira, fica muito prático. Unico problema é a limitação de elevadores: dois elevadores parece subdmensionado para a quantia de apartamentos, gera uma espera alta nos momentos de pico.

Quarto excelente, limpo, cheiroso, espaçoso, a cama para meu gosto um pouco dura, ótimo espaço para malas, hotel agradável, equipe educada, área de piscina e recreação maravilhosa, café da manhã muito gostoso, variedade e qualidade dos produtos, restaurante, bar com porções e lanches, entrada no parque hot beach inclusa, tem transporte para o parque de 30 em 30 minutos, a vila guarani a noite tem música ao vivo, lojas e Restaurantes. Sempre que vou a Olímpia me hospedo no Celebration , gosto muito.

Eu só não dou 5 estrelas por um detalhe estrutural que não sei como podem corrigir... os elevadores ! A equipe é ótima... o café da manhã é bom, o quarto é bom... a ducha excelente... enfim: o hotel entrega o que se espera dele. Mas as filas intermináveis nos elevadores... são realmente insuportáveis. Temos 2 elevadores que atendem uns 12 andares, com 20 apartamentos por andar... e são dois elevadores com capacidade mediana e pior, que não trabalham bem em sincronia ! Junte a isto hóspedes que nao gostam de compartilhar elevador (sim, existe... 3 pessoas apenas no elevador, e uma parada na porta apertando para fechar a porta assim que ela abre)... e temos um caos instalado nos elevadores ! Enfim... gosto muito do grupo hot beach, os outros hotéis deles não tem este problema, mas ir para o Celebration é saber que vc terá um teste de paciência e convivência social graças aos dois únicos elevadores...
