No wifi for 6 nights

Stayed 6 nights, no working wifi, front desk didnt do much to help, gave me different passwords but it was the room that had no reaching service, only the last night at almost 10 pm did they decide to tell me to change rooms, didnt do so because saw no point then. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling as well. other than that, the room was confortable.

Hotel excelente, só elogios quanto a estadia, quarto e café da manhã. Academia está com todos os aparelhos novos, a localização é ótima, tem de tudo na região. Voltaria com certeza nesse hotel. O ponto negativo é o estacionamento interno com poucas vagas e pouco espaço para manobrar; novos hóspedes atrapalham quando chegam e deixam o carro em frente o hotel pois acabam impedindo acesso ao estacionamento também.

Pontos a se considerar.

Nao e colchao de casal, mas sim 2 de solteiro lado a lado unidos, o que deixa uma divisa desconfortavel no meio. Das 3 cocas lata que estavam no frigobar 2 delas estavam vencidas, o que so percebi depois que dei o promeiro gole e estava horrivel.

O Hotel em Si era bom, mas a cama não era tão boa e os travesseiros também não, não tinha um papel pra colocar na porta de não perturbe e tinha que avisar na recepção se quisesse que a arrumadeira não fosse até o quarto !

Bom, mas precisa melhorar!

Minha estadia no hotel foi um tanto conturbada devido a alguns problemas que enfrentei. Logo que cheguei, fui informado de que estavam realizando manutenção na internet, o que já não foi um bom começo. A falta de iluminação no quarto também foi um problema, pois a iluminação existente era bastante fraca. Um prestador de serviço foi chamado para tentar resolver o problema, mas infelizmente não teve sucesso. Apesar dos problemas, não fui trocado de quarto, o que me deixou um tanto insatisfeito. Além disso, a internet continuou instável mesmo após a manutenção, o que dificultou bastante a minha estadia. Blackout não é muito bom, pois de manhã a claridade no quarto, mesmo tudo fechado. No entanto, o café da manhã era razoável considerando o valor da diária, e os funcionários do hotel eram simpáticos e prestativos. Mesmo assim, os problemas enfrentados durante a minha estadia causaram transtorno e diminuíram minha satisfação com o hotel. Espero que essas questões sejam resolvidas para que futuros hóspedes não enfrentem os mesmos problemas que eu enfrentei.

O hotel em geral é muito bom. As instalações são relativamente bem conservadas e percebe-se algumas reformas. TV nova com todos os serviços de streaming disponíveis e com possibilidade de baixar o que não estiver. Bom chuveiro. A equipe é MUITO simpática e, não houvesse dois fatores negativos importantes, seria 5 estrelas. O primeiro: minha reserva era para 2 adultos e 2 crianças e no final meus filhos não foram. Deveria ser dado um desconto, mesmo que pequeno, por 2 cafés da manhã a menos por dia no valor das diárias. E nada foi sequer mencionado. Segundo: pedimos comida no serviço de quarto e estava MUITO ruim, principalmente considerando que os pratos são MUITO CAROS. Reclamei no check out. O procedimento esperado deveria ser NÃO COBRAR a comida... porém, o máximo que foi feito foi me dar um caderno para deixar minha reclamação para melhorias futuras... Em fim, erraram feio. Não recomendo usar o serviço de quarto. Vale a mais a pena pedir pelo iFood. Ademais, o hotel atendeu todas as expectativas.

Decepção total.

Quando cheguei pedi mudança para outro quarto com cama de casal e não foi possível. O sistema mostrou imagem de cama de diferente da descrição (neste caso a responsabilidade não foi do hotel). Chegando no quanto notei que o piso estava danificado. O espelho do banheiro quebrado e porta do banheiro estava estufada com a umidade e descascando. A cadeira estava quebrada e muito mal remendada. Tudo isso, apesar de muito ruim, nem se compara com os travesseiros que recebemos. Pior qualidade! Foi difícil de dormir porque eles estavam embolados dentro da fronha e não mantinham uma uniformidade de altura, ou seja, em um momento um buraco e outro um monte alto de flocos de espuma. Um horror. E para fechar com chave de ouro, paramos no estacionamento (que obviamente era utilizado apenas pelos funcionários) indicado na recepção mas ninguém orienta que existe senha para sair, ficamos buzinando por quase 5 minutos até que uma pessoa abriu o portão. Falei na recepção para a atendente no momento do checkout os problemas, até agora nem desculpas eu recebi.

quarto bom, recepção horrível

o quarto era impecável! super espaçoso, com tudo que nós precisávamos, cama confortável pra caramba, ar condicionado funcionando direitinho, chuveiro perfeito etc. só a janela que tava bem suja por fora. café da manhã delicioso, com variedades de pães, ovo, aveia, sucrilhos, granola, pães, café, sucos... muita coisa mesmo. fiz questão de elogiar pro pessoal! o único problema MESMO que tivemos, foi com a recepção. um despreparo enorme de todos os funcionários! informações faltando na nossa reserva, falta de educação, rispidez, olhares tortos... isso tanto no check-in, quanto no check-out. péssimo!!!! indico o hotel pelo quarto, café da manhã e localização, porque se fosse contar com a galera da recepção, seria difícil
