Great staff, room is much roomier then most average hotels in São Paulo, breakfast was excellent, area might be rough to around but there’s security and valet service right up front.

Unlikely the neighbor the hotel was really clean, safe and the breakfast was awesome. But the neighborhood is little scary , so I recommend get hotel early at night. Also they do have paid parking.

Bom hotel, localização e café da manhã. Não tinha fronha nos travesseiros (só percebemos na manhã, quando acordamos). Também não haviam ganchos, ou suportes para pendurar as toalhas e no box era apenas uma cortina (nesse ponto, pensei se poderia ser porque estávamos num quarto de acessibilidade e nesse caso é compreensível, mas os outros itens realmente fizeram falta).

Gostei muito do hotel, o quarto estava limpo, o banheiro impecável. A única situação é que as meninas da limpeza demoram pra fazer a arrumação do quarto. Por ex: chegamos na sexta às 14:00, saímos no sábado cedo e retornamos após o almoço e o quarto estava do mesmo jeito, a menina foi passar mais tarde perguntando se queríamos arrumação mas daí estamos cansados pra sair do quarto, acabei pedindo apenas a troca das toalhas…. Fora isso, td impecável.

Simplesmente perfeito, fiquei hospedado 2 dias (duas diárias) e gostei bastante da estrutura, acomodação, localização e comida. Equipe super atenciosa e muito prestativos. Foi minha primeira vez no B&B centro luz e tenho total certeza que irei voltar muito mais vezes se Deus permitir.

A localização é excelente, mas algumas observações são necessárias, o atendimento da recepção quando necessário é via WhatsApp e demora muito pra ser atendido, tive que solicitar limpeza pois o quarto estava com o piso molhado próximo ao frigobar,

Acostumada a sempre me hospedar , mas as duas última vez me decpicionei , com a limpeza do banheiro horrível , cheiro forte de xixi , cabelos no chão , espelho sujo , são detalhes fundamental , o café tbm deixou a desejar, a janta tbm não foi das melhores , espero q eles se atentem aos comentários , pq banheiro com mofo e odor foi horrível
