Staff wasn’t very helpful. Very convenient area but kinda dangerous around there especially at night. Our room was tiny, shower was open to the room so if traveling with a friend there’s no privacy when you shower. Tiny little room where the toilet was. It was ok for our 2 night stay just a bit uncomfortable.

Decepcionante

A estadia foi razoável. Embora o quarto fosse o descrito no site, o checkin é absurdo! Filas imensas, precarização do trabalho dos recepcionistas (dois em pleno domingo)... Vim de um voo cansativo e longo e ter de esperar quase 45 min para um checkin é uma falta de respeito com o cliente. Também dormi e acordei na véspera do checkout com o alarme de incêndio disparado... muita aflição e nenhum encaminhamento sobre o que estava ocorrendo.... no final pediram desculpas só quando desci a recepção para saber o que estava ocorrendo. Disseram que o alarme disparou e se desculparam... Enfim, a localização é boa, mas não voltaria a repetir a experiência.

O hotel precisa de reformas, no meu quarto a descarga é antiga, a pintura da porta apresenta desgaste de tempo, a cama tem um ruído muito alto, parece que a madeira esteja quebrada.

Melhorar recepção e banheiros.

O hotel é bem localizado, perto dos lugares que precisávamos ir. Deixou a desejar no check-in com uma demanda grande de pessoas querendo se hospedar e poucos recepcionistas para atender. Na quinta-feira 24/07, um alarme fora disparou por volta das 8 da manhã devido a uma manutenção no hotel. Nos acordando cedo, sendo tínhamos compromissos na cidade. O banheiro disponibilizou uma ducha manual ao invés de um chuveiro convencional. Não gostamos dessa opção

Decepcionada

Já me hospedei algumas vezes no hotel e fiquei satisfeita com o atendimento e com as instalações. No entanto, dessa vez, duas coisas me incomodaram. A primeira foi que um dos elevadores apresentou problemas durante os três dias que fiquei no local. Um hotel, com 14 andares, lotado e com apenas um elevador é, no mínimo, desconfortável. Por duas ocasiões, como estava no 4º andar, usei as escadas para descer considerando a demora e o fato de o elevador chegar cheio. Não é a primeira vez em que me hospedo no hotel que o elevador apresenta problemas. É preciso que os responsáveis adotem providências para sanar o problema. A segunda coisa a me incomodar foi que o hotel não mais empresta o secador de cabelo. Agora criaram um sala no 7º andar para que os hóspedes sequem o cabelo. No mínimo incoveniente e sem privacidade nenhuma, considerando que os outros hóspedes ficam passando e você precisa se arrumar para subir ou descer de andar para secar o cabelo.

Ótima localização, atendimento da recepção ótimo, café da manhã bom, limpeza do quarto que ficou a desejar, fiquei 4 dias apenas uma limpeza, toalhas tive que pedir para trocar, colchão é bom, porém, tinham muitas bolinhas, mas, ficaria novamente, só avisaria na recepção antes. Vários locais nas proximidades para comer, ambientes aconchegantes e preços acessíveis.
