Foi uma bela surpresa encontrar um apto espaçoso, com pouco barulho da rua, bem limpo e bem montado. Tem um bom pacote de internet (Wi-fi). Contém todos os itens descritos no anúncio, é bastante funcional, muito bem localizado em diversos aspectos. Para compras de supermercado, para ir a restaurantes, bares e lanchonetes. Para compras de itens pessoais e para casa. E acima de todos os outros extremamente acessível para chegar de carro, uber, táxi, ônibus, ou mesmo a pé. O apto fica a poucas quadras de pontos turísticos, como o Masp e outras atrações turísticas. Das melhores livrarias de São Paulo, cinemas, teatro e outros pontos de interesse. O proprietário foi ótimo, esclarecendo nossas dúvidas e depois me dando dicas sobre transporte, onde comer, onde comprar mais barato. Nos ajudou inclusive, dando dicas para montarmos nosso próprio apto. Recomendo o apartamento àqueles que querem se sentir em casa em São Paulo.

Achei excelente a idéia da chave ser eletrônica. 2 banheiros, mas apenas um para banho , está eh a parte ruim se estiver em 4 ou mais pessoas. Roupa de cama ótima, ap ótimo, silencioso, bem localizado. Atendimento excelente. Chuveiro ótimo! Tudo limpinho, tinha sabonetes, papel higiênico? Toalhas brancas. Achei muito bom! Recomendo.
