Fantastic couple's stay at Wyndham Paulista Avenue

We enjoyed friendliness from all staff members. The room was clean, the shower had great hot water flow and the wifi connection was flawless. Breakfast was good but some juices were too watered down. The swimming pool was located in a nice area and the bar terrace was lovely to chill at.

The property is very run down. The pictures on Expedia are very deceiving. Rooms are old and in urgent need of refurbishing. Very disappointing. The only good thing about the hotel are the staff, who are always kind and willing to help.

Staff was not pleasant, no knowledge of the city or things to do, short staff no bell boy, room needs attention, mildew and paint, pool area was terrible they had chairs no umbrellas, a few more things to mention. I will not return to this hotel.

The worst hotel ever

It was the worst hotel ever. The pics are not what is actually looking like. The rooms is from the year 1910 and it so scruffy. There is no pressure on the water, the reception doesn’t help nor speak English. Please avoid this hotel. Hotels.com shame on you allowing to have this property listed on your website

Overall was good but you could do better

finishes inside the room seamed a little bit old fashioned and kind of rusty, the bed was good, but one lamp was broken and was tided up with maskin tape. the lights in the bath were all white and horrible bad experience in the bath, the water in the pool was cold so anyone gets inside. I had a way better experience in Windham Costa del sol in Lima peru, a newer hotel.

We enyoyed our stay. Everything was perfect expect the fact that we had a smart TV in our room that didn't work with any services. You cannot watch Netflix or Prime Video, it works only for Brazilian channels.

The area was super walkable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was not quite up to a great standard with a stain reminiscent of pink mold on the floor of the shower, as well as a window with no covering in the shower providing little privacy while using the bathroom.
