"A well earned break away from the hustle and bustle of life, Nice and Cannés are just a short drive away for some city action but for a more relaxed pace, the mountain villages are delightful with some excellent restaurants. The house has everything you need and makes a great base, the pool is amazing and the outside space allows for outdoor activities, even table tennis. We really enjoyed our break."

"Beautiful property nestled in the hills of Menton. It had all amentities that were needed. Miguel was very patient with our lack of French. The 300 m hike (as it was a hike) back to the house from the coast is not for the faint at heart but good to help refresh after a food filled day in town! Would go back for sure!"

Zwei kleine Anmerkungen aber doch für künftige Interessenten: Dass es praktisch kein eigenes Grundstück gibt, sodern nur ein kleiner Streifen von der Straße vor dem Haus durch Blumenkübel abgegrenzt ist und es im Hau nur schmale, steile Raumspartreppen gibt, hätten wir gern vorher gewusst."

"Rejoindre la résidence sur les hauteurs se mérite mais à l’arrivée la vue est à couper le souffle. L’appartement est très soigné, les espaces verts sont entretenus à la perfection et le coin piscine avec vue sur mer un pur bonheur. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. "What can I say? We like the property so much. We decided to add another night. Couldn’t think of the better location. Close to the beach right around walking shopping eating area. When we booked the hotel, the guide said that sheets are not available, which was kind of weird. However, I am so glad that we decided to go on ,and take a chance anyway. The bedding in the apartment , and everything else is stocked properly. There was an easy parking for €15 a night and what really made us very happy...

"Antonio ( Enzo ) is a great host. If there was anything missing, he was able to help all the time. The Location is in the mountains were you can enjoy a lot of silence. The pool was always clean and in good condition. His little trattoria offers great local food. And his pizza is the best ! There were plenty of opportunities of sideseeing all around and the sea is only 20-25 minutes away. We would really like to come back someday. Thanks for a great time Enzo."

"Excellent staff and property. Breakfast was fabulous. We booked here to walk Cinq Terre and it was so handy by train. The village also had lots of bars and restaurants. Parking a little tricky but secure and under the hotel. A lift which is great from car park to room. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you "

Little bit of a confusion that the listing said there was a kayak and bikes on site no they had to be hired at a hotel on the coast. But it didn't matter the place was amazing and so was the pool.
