Good hotel.

Visiting this hotel is ideal for short travellers who want to visit Sapporo. It was a nice hotel. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. Although my room does look outdated, It was a nice room. I will stay again in the future.

We took the shuttle from Chitose airport that left from the end outside near the police desk. Had to wait a bit after the plane landed but it was free so that was fine. There were a couple of places to walk to get dinner since which was good since we arrived after the hotel restaurant was closed. The breakfast was delicious and the onsen was nice. Rooms were small and overall a little outdated but a fine place to stay close to the airport.

Place was a complete dump. Onsen was tiny and disgusting. Staff was rude as hell. The room was locked at 75 degrees. Only way to get it to a steeple temp was to have the door open

朝食も飲み放題付きの夕食もマッサージルームも、マニュキュアや女性用ホームエステ機器も漫画もコーヒーも、ちょうどいいサービスで、居心地がとても良かったです。 ただ 函館からの飛行機が欠航になり、急遽レンタカーで戻ると連絡した夜 ４時間半かけて雪道を帰り、へとへとでお茶漬けを楽しみにしていたところ、ご飯をよそうとお湯がなくなってしまいました。追加をお願いするとダメとのこと。 決まりなので仕方ないと思いつつ、ご飯を炊いて欲しいと言っているわけではないので、時間内くらいはお湯を用意してもらえたら有難かったです。

建物自体は少し古めでしたが、千歳のインターからも近く、スタッフの方の対応もよく、夜ご飯がホテルで１５００円程度で食べれるのは外に行く必要がないので、非常に楽でした！ ご飯もボリュームがあり、味も美味しくよかったです🌟 朝食も品数が多く味も非常に美味しく良かったです👍 また機会があったら宿泊したいです。
