とても遅い時間のチェックインにも関わらず、丁寧にご対応いただきありがとうございました。 中野さんという素敵なスタッフが対応してくれました。 私たちの疲れた心に染みる素敵なはからいと、短くても楽しい語り口でとても印象に残る素晴らしい滞在となりました。 また札幌に来る際はこちらのホテルを利用したいと思います。

Hotel is conveniently located. Very clean and well maintained. A very comfortable bed in a newly renovated room. Staff go out of their way to help despite the language barrier. I greatly appreciate one member in particular, K. Go, who worked the concierge desk and helped book a last minute tour for me. Thank you!

Super friendly staff and the breakfast was delicious - we had the Japanese breakfast on one day and the buffet the other day. The room was very clean and they helped us bring our suitcases to our room which was very helpful. The hotel is also very close to a lot of sites we wanted to visit as well as transit options which was great. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Sapporo Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore Sapporo and get around the city. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the attention to detail and the overall quality of the hotel. Everything was seamless, from check-in to check-out, and the hospitality truly stood out. Overall, the Grand Sapporo Hotel was an excellent choice for our visit. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo. A memorable stay made even better by the wonderful staff and hospitality!

Easy to access from airport using bus. Nearby planty of food, izakaya, and starbucks in same building. Old historical hotel, but beds were clean and comfortable. Staffs were very friendly.

Location is excellent. Rooms are well equipped but slightly cramped with a total of 3 chairs, small coffee table and the desk. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic: choice of two restaurants - buffet and Japanese set. Tried both, and enjoyed both. There isn’t a gym or Onsen (which I knew). Unfortunately, the two rooms opposite me were inconsiderate and kept their doors on the latch, going in and out, and talking loudly. This happened two nights running. I called reception, and they sent someone to speak to me, and then to the rooms opposite. Unfortunately this was short lived and they continued to be noisy until 1am. Not the fault of the hotel but they should have checked in and patrolled the corridor.

Amazing hotel. Great location and fabulous, dedicated staff. I got a non-smoking room and was placed in the room where somebody smoked against the rules. The staff was super helpful: upgraded me to a wonderful room made sure I was comfortable and had amenities I needed. Breakfast was divine. I had a combination of Western and Japanese. The omelet is a work of art! I loved the Miso soup, which actually changed everyday, but each time it was a culinary triumph. Fermented soybeans were also superb. Local yoghurt is to die for. Each day there was a different selection of Jelly for dessert. I loved the coffee variant. The I am only sorry to missed on the opportunity to have a in-room massage. I will return here with great joy.
