Room was very clean and comes with all basic amenities you would need, including a phone charger. Hotel is located at a good location, walking distance to the TV tower and Odori Park where the snow festival was being held. Staff is very courteous.

Great location, walking distance to many attractions and subway line. Friendly staff. A fairly roomy bedroom for Japanese standards and there’s a washing machine to do your own laundry while you explore the city. Highly recommend staying here! I definitely will next time I visit Sapporo.

Location is very convenient, with an entrance to Odori station right around the corner from the hotel. The room was also clean, very quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. Staff was friendly and spoke English very well.

In room laundry is especially useful, as we have stayed for 15 days. It's within 10 minutes walking time to many major shopping areas. My wife has even got her hair styling at a nearby superb hair stylist.
