Aunt Lina's holiday home is located in Saracena behind the town square, in a quiet street where you can rest without suffering the stress of traffic, having everything within walking distance: bars, shops, clubs and the church of San Leone, patron saint of the city. The strategic position of the property allows you to reach both the beautiful beaches of the Ionian Sea: Villapiana, Trebisacce, Sibari etc. or enjoy a splendid sunset on the beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea: Diamante, Praia, San Nicola Arcella (Arcomagno) etc.
SPECTACULAR Novacco mountain where you can go cross-country skiing and excursions for the more experienced and passionate. Saracena will fascinate you ... it is a village to be discovered!
The house offers a spacious kitchen equipped with stove and oven, a comfortable living room with TV, a comfortable bedroom with TV, a room with 2 single beds and a third room with a 2-seater sofa bed. Air-conditioned house, bathroom with shower.
