"Clean room, free ice cream and nice staff! "

"The front staff was helpful but, I was followed by one of the janitors while going to my room because he wanted to know if I was “married”. Not only is that inappropriate but, luckily I was not travelling along as that would make me feel VERY unsafe, more than it already did. Secondly, there was a roach that I discovered in the bathroom. We immediately packed our stuff and left. They were small roaches at that which indicates that there is an infestation. That makes me not only feel queasy but also just unsanitary as a whole."

"Probably would not stay again, lots of trash and debris on the ledge outside my balcony. Staff was nice until the couple of times they weren't so great and we were caught off guard by it. Bar service and pool side service was great and we enjoyed the in room dining menu. Sleep was not great as the bed and linens just were not very comfortable. Lots of electrical/mechanical noises nearby. Overall we really enjoyed many aspects of our time there but it was over shadowed by some of the other things leaving our stay just sort of okay. We will not likely return"

"My sister and I spent a long weekend at Lido Beach Resort, and it was everything we needed and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond—warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. We got there around noon, and even though our room wasn’t ready yet, they took care of our luggage and invited us to start enjoying the amenities right away. And the amenities? So good. A beautiful private beach just steps from stunning pools and a lively tiki bar with amazing food and drinks—basically impossible to leave. The lobby café also deserves a shoutout for some of the best smoothies we’ve ever had. Everything about the property felt spotless and well cared for, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to St. Armands Circle for shopping and great food (don’t skip Columbia Restaurant—it was hands down our favorite). We even walked to a nearby mangrove kayaking spot, less than a mile away, where we kayaked with Manatees 💙 I’d absolutely recommend this resort if you’re heading to the area. Already counting down until we go back! 🌴✨"
